Mood: hug me
15th July AFTERNOON…HERE
AGAIN THE WATER PROBLEM OF SOUTHEAST QLD….
http://www.seqwater.com.au/content/standard.asp?name=WhoWeAre
This is the mob who actually OWN the dams that were originally built with
Tax-payer funds from every Queenslander, and every Qld worker who
Would be quiet unaware of how the dealings work. I am only beginning to understand what is happening & has happened.
There is and has been ‘Witchcraft’ afoot! Slight of hand and slip of tongue, change the subject to ‘needs,’ when it suits, and ‘ruining the environment,’ as an excuse.
My source tells me, and I quote the email he has sent me,
“Sorry, VaMEad, my first response was prior to checking my Blog. You can see the annual reports at www.seqwater.com.au The 2001/2002 has the price increases which were actually from $135/ML to $166/Ml. The assets subject to the transfer are in the accounts at historical cost. The detail on the calculation of the transfer cost appears to have been taken out since my complaint to ASIC. Regards Ian Mott”
That is a double whammy of what you can guess is the big chaps at the south east quarter
Of our state of Queensland. Please remember dear reader, I had attended an official meeting
Of water planners, called ‘Fitzroy Basin Catchment Management,’ where they were asking for officials to manage the area of where I live is part of one of the largest catchment areas in Australia.
What am I getting at, what is my point?? This bunch of rabble called government, and water managers have short changed all Queenslanders, and new arrivals too. They encourage more and more settlement in the South East quarter of the state, then rubbish the rest of us.
I will attempt to go back and find Ian Mott’s web page. Maybe back track my email. Could take sometime or just a few seconds. Actually, took a couple of minutes. Ian Mott is the writer of the water crisis, that I had so much to say earlier. Some years since I have driven to
Ipswich, where some of my Siblings still live, via Esk, which goes around and over the
Whivenho Dam, the great wonder that was to keep Brisbane in Water for Ever and more!
I am leaving it to you, dear reader to check further, if it so interest you. It is how they do
Business in the wild, wild west of Queensland, Australia. Then there is all the money in
The world to wage war in Afghanistan and Iraq, and God know where else
